Thank you very much. I received my order today (28.09.07). Very quick delivery. I am very happy with my order except that I did not receive the black rubber straps with KSTPP148, KSTPP131 and KSTPP118.
The descriptions say that the black rubber strap is a free gift with them. I am very happy with the other items I ordered.

I wanted air mail because of the customs agent, fedex people always reject me the packages, i have to pay high custom duties so they can deliver me the package, and when my wholesalers send me the packages thru air mail i never pay custom duties.

I received my order yesterday, The aventurine and lapis pendants
are lovely. The garnet and marcasite pendants are very pretty
and well made. The only problem with this order is the emerald
marcasite ring.  It is NOT a size 9, which I could live with, but
the quality of the emeralds is VERY poor. The center stone is a
white milky color and the other stones do not match. 
Frankly, I do not understand why you sent an item that is this
poor in quality.  I would be embarrassed to even show this
ring to my customers.
I chose the ring based on the photo I saw on your website. Had I
seen what the ring REALLY looked like I would not have purchased it.
Very disiappointed in your company's quality control. This ring
should NOT have even been sent out.

My dear sir, I am NOT an idiot.; nor am I so meticulous that I am complaining about a SLIGHT difference.  The ring itself is very
pretty. It is unfortunate  that the gemstones are a milky, celery
green.  There are 7 gems in this ring, including the center stone.    
If ALL the stones were at least one color, the total effect would be
acceptable.  Not great, but at least acceptable.
 HOWEVER, three of the smaller stones are deep, emerald green, while the center stone and the other three accent stones are milky, celery green.  The dark stones only draw attention to the
poor quality of the other stones.  
 
The other items I ordered are lovely, especially the garnet and
marcasite flower pendant.  I am keeping that one for myself.
The aventurine and lapis pendants are also beautiful.
This is why I don't understand how you could waste such a beautiful ring by mounting substandard gemstones into it.
 
 I don't know if you yourself have actually seen the gemstones in this ring.  I believe that if you had, you would not have allowed it to pass  your quality control department.  I choose not to think that you are so desperate for money that you would risk your
company's integrity and credibility  for a $10 ring.
 
In this situation, I do not think I should have to pay for the return
shipping.  I am not contesting the quality of the ring, which is
excellent, only the quality of the gemstones which, are of poor quality and visibly unattractive..

My customer get order 363, but it was incopleted. I ordered 6 items, but in the package was just 4. My customer didn`t get ring KSR269 size 8 and ring KSR409 size 8. Can You check that all items was sent or maybe was a little mistake?

Neither i had to pay custom duties, due to the excellent fake invoice! :D   i really thank you.

Please send me all the packages of my consecuent orders thru fedex, ups or dhl (any express method), with a fake invoice with really lower prices (as in the one i just received) so i wont never have to pay custom duties.

I wanted to know what to do when item comes damaged. This item in specific has a black spot in the silver piece.  I can send a picture if it is necessary.  Please reply with instructions on how to return the item. All the other products came perfect and exactly as described.
