4. Click the order that contains
the item you want to return |

|
5. Click “RMA” next to the item you
want to return. |

6. Select your Return reason.
(Refund Order or Exchange Product or Other) |

7. Follow and complete the online
instructions |

We will send a return address via
email. Please print the address and affix it to your package.

All products should be returned in
the original state they were received. Products which have been
modified by another 3rd party jeweler or abused will not be
accepted for refunds. |

without custom engraving in its original condition within 30
