How to Return products? 1. Go to our website www.kamarsilver.com 2. Log into “My Account” (located at the top of the Home Page) 3. Click the Review previous Orders  Link 4. Click the order that contains the item you want to return 5. Click “RMA” next to the item you want to return 6. Select your Return reason. (Refund Order or Exchange Product or Other) 7. Follow and complete the online instructions We will send a return address via email. Please print the address and affix it to your package. All products should be returned in the original state they were received. Products which have been modified by another 3rd party jeweler or abused will not be accepted for refunds. Note: If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item without custom engraving in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange.
