Shipping to the US & Canada

- Orders for North America are grouped together and shipped by express post from our factory in Thailand to our warehouse in Florida within 2 business days of order completion.
- The orders are then sent out to USA and Canada customers from our Florida warehouse using USPS.
- Total delivery time is 5-7 business days.
- The USPS tracking number will be provided to the customer within 3 days of the order being shipped out.
- No custom duty will be applicable as the order will be dispatched to you from within the USA.


Shipping to Europe

- Europe orders are grouped together and shipped by express post from our factory in Thailand to our warehouse in the UK within 2 business days of order completion.
- The orders are then sent out to Europe customers from our UK warehouse using Royal Mail.
- Total delivery time is 5-7 business days.
- No custom duty will be applicable as the order will be dispatched to you from within Europe.
- Your order will be delivered right to your doorstep through your national postal service, you won’t be required to pick it up from a customs or postal office.


Shipping to Rest of the World

- Orders will be shipped to you directly from Bangkok.
- Express shipping is available through FedEx, UPS, DHL, and EMS.
- Total delivery time varies according to your location.
- Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with your order shipping information, delivery time, and tracking details.
- Custom charges and procedures vary for every country so please contact your local customs officials for details on any custom duties or delays you may incur.


General Shipping Notes

- We ship all orders within 24 hours of payment clearance.
- Estimated delivery dates are based on business days only and exclude weekends and public holidays.
- We provide flexible shipping options so orders can be shipped based on your specific instructions.
- All delivery times are approximate and are provided to us by the courier and mail services and are subject to change in the event of an unexpected problem.
- To make sure we can provide round-the-clock services, our shipping department works in shifts 24 hours a day so we can keep products shipping to all time zones without any delays.


Returns and Replacements

- Packages that are refused or returned due to incorrect delivery details or any other mistake on the customer’s end are only refunded (inclusive of shipping cost) on request made directly to us.
- Packages can also be re-shipped if the shipping cost is repaid by the customer.
- We accept returns on all products that are defective or shipped in error. Returns must be made within 7 days of shipping. Store credit is provided for returned products.
- Return costs such as postage are not credited or refunded.
